The Irresistibly Sweet Blog Award

I have been awarded the irresistibly sweet blog award by the always so lovely Shah and her blog Words in Sync. I feel so blessed and lucky when someone wants to award me an award, I honestly feel speechless. So please be sure to check out Shah’s blog, it is so honest and fantastic.

So here are seven facts about me

• I am finished with my degree at Roehampton University in London, but I am still going to live in London with my fantastic boyfriend Kjell Steinar. I honestly cannot wait to explore more of this fantastic city.
• I love to work and I have been working since I was 13 years old. I like to challenge myself and to learn something new and to accomplish the tasks I have been given.
• I love chocolate! I don’t think I can ever have enough.
• When I was young I used to dream about becoming an astronaut.
• For the past few years I have been moving at least once each year. I am really looking forward to the day that Kjell Steinar and I move into an apartment or house and it is our own and we know that we are going to live there for at least a few years.
• I really like to watch TV and I tend to become addicted to these really stupid reality TV shows, such as a Norwegian show called Paradise Hotel. And it is because of this that I don’t really watch that much TV anymore.
• My favourite actor is without a doubt Johnny Depp.

I have been awarded my second Stylish Blogger Award and I am so touched and thrilled about this. The award was given to me by the lovely Manni from I Bake Cakes. Thank you so much, Manni!

I have already told seven things about me from my first award so I have tried to come up with something new and something different about me.

So here are seven things about me

• I used to play ice hockey and I absolutely loved it. I played it for almost six years and my team was the only girls’ team in town so we had to play against the tough guys. I have never had so much fun, especially when we won.
• I am obsessed with shoes. I love shoes and especially high heeled shoes. I am only 1.59 cm so it feels nice to be able to wear shoes that make me taller. And I am actually very comfortable in high heels, but it takes practice. I’ve written a post about it and you can read it here.
• I love Guess; their shoes, their clothes and accessories. I could probably spend a lot of money in a Guess store and that is why I love January sales.
• I am almost finished with my third and final year at university here in London. And I am super excited that Kjell Steinar and I have decided to live here for another year.
• I lived in Minnesota for a year from when I was 17 to 18. I took my senior year of high school there as a year abroad from my school back in Norway. I had so much fun and I would love to go back and visit.
• Kjell Steinar and I just bought an amazing gift for ourselves; a coffee machine! I absolutely love it and I do not regret buying it. The coffee is amazing and the machine is so easy to use. I would absolutely recommend buying one if you love coffee, it is worth it.
• I really like to cook and I would love to learn how to be better. I want to be one of those housewives who cook amazing food so when people are visiting they are excited and know that the food will be good. My dad is an amazing cook and every time my parents have people over for dinner they always leave very happy and I want that too.

Congratulations to the winners!

The Bloscars are over and the winners have now been announced over at Eisy Morgan. I didn’t win, but I still feel like a winner as I got nominated for this. I just want to thank all my readers for reading my blog and leaving such amazing comments. It really brightens up my day and you all put a big smile on my face. It is such an amazing feeling to see that what I write and put a lot of effort into is appreciated by so many, I never thought this many people would read my blog. I feel truly honoured to be a part of everyone’s life in this blogging world. And of course a special thanks to Shah at Words in Sync for nominating me and for Ashley at Eisy Morgan for hosting this and a very special thanks to all of you who voted for me. You’re the best!

The Stylish Blogger Award!

I was so touched when I received the Stylish Blogger Award here the other day. I was nominated by the lovely Come Whine With Me so thank you so much for this. It means the world to me.

 So here is seven things about me:

• My biggest passions throughout my life has been reading and travelling. If I were rich and had unlimited time to do whatever I wanted to do, then I would probably travel and read as much as possible.
• I’ve always been trying to follow my dreams, it doesn’t matter how big or small they are. And because of that I am now living my dream; I’m studying journalism and English literature in London.
• I used to love to watch scary films, but after I saw The Grudge at the movie theatre I get scared extremely easily and cannot stand scary movies anymore.
• My favourite TV show has always and will always be Sex and the City.
• I’m only 159 cm, but at some point in my life I was the tallest person in my class (yes that was many years ago).
• I love to watch films and TV shows. I could probably sit the entire day doing nothing else.
• I have two younger brothers who are seven and ten years old and I think they are the coolest kids in the world!
